PEBCO® Uni-Load® and Batch Loading Systems for Efficient Bulk Material Handling
The PEBCO® Uni-Load® System provides in-motion volumetric loading for open-top trucks and railcars, achieving loading rates up to 6,000 TPH with the Uni-Load® Chute. Ideal for bulk materials such as coal, iron ore, and petroleum coke, the system uses automation controls to start and stop loading, ensuring accurate weight and even distribution. Manual operation is also available for less critical applications or short-distance truck loading.
The PEBCO® Batch Loading System offers pre-weighed loading for trucks and moving railcars, delivering exceptional accuracy of +/- 0.1% to reduce back-charges and carrier fines. Material flows from a silo or surge bin into the Weigh Bin via charge gates monitored by load cells. A discharge slide gate and rectangular telescoping chute control product flow, while optical sensors adjust the system to ensure proper front-to-rear distribution. This minimizes axle weight differentials and ensures compliance with carrier requirements.
