Praters Air Classifying Mill utilizes closed circuit grinding with air classification to produce ultra-fine particles with a very narrow distribution. The unit operates with particle sizes ranging from 149 microns to 5 to 7 microns. Particle distributions can be modified while in operation by changing the speed of the air classifier providing better process control.
