Prater Lump Breakers are designed to reduce lumps in the materials while improving flow. Utilizing rotating blades with fixed combs the lumps are reduced in size. To ensure product outlet size in achieved an easily accessible screen can be installed in the unit. Available in sizes from 8″ square to 24″ square the units can be constructed of mild steel or stainless steel for food applications. These units can also be equipment with abrasion resistant materials for highly abrasive products as well as rails should the unit require frequently cleaning or access.
